This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the use of YEOLIX WhatsApp Business API platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of Service

YEOLIX provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for WhatsApp Business messaging, automation, and integrations using Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. Messaging charges are governed directly by Meta.

3. Subscription & Platform Fees

  • Platform subscription fees (if applicable) are charged in advance.
  • Once a subscription period has started, it is non-refundable.
  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time from their account dashboard.

4. WhatsApp Messaging Charges

  • WhatsApp conversation charges are billed as per Meta’s pricing policies.
  • All message charges are usage-based and non-refundable.
  • YEOLIX does not control Meta’s billing or conversation pricing.

5. Wallet Balance (If Applicable)

If wallet or prepaid balance functionality is used:

  • Added wallet balance is non-refundable.
  • Unused balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Wallet balance may be adjusted only in case of proven technical billing errors.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your YEOLIX account at any time by contacting support.
  • Account cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of past payments.
  • Upon cancellation, access to the platform and services may be terminated.

7. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations.
  • Message rejection or blocking by Meta.
  • Poor message quality ratings or template rejections.
  • Downtime caused by Meta, WhatsApp, or third-party services.

8. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases involving confirmed technical errors directly attributable to YEOLIX, subject to internal review and approval.

9. Changes to This Policy

YEOLIX reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
